PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Plasmarho 300mcg Injection offers prompt, short-term defense against the bacteria responsible for tetanus (lockjaw), a severe condition characterized by convulsions (seizures) and intense muscle spasms capable of causing bone fractures. It has a fatality rate ranging from 30 to 40 percent.
Plasmarho 300mcg Injection is administered in cases of tetanus-prone wounds, such as those with fractures, deep penetrating wounds, bite wounds, wounds containing foreign bodies, soil-contaminated wounds, infected wounds, and extensive tissue damage like burns. If you experience an animal bite or a deep, dirty wound, seek immediate medical attention and rinse the wound with tap water. Typically, children receive TIG vaccination starting at 2 months of age, with the series completed by age five. Following the initial series, booster shots are recommended every 10 years. Tetanus has no cure, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding oneself with TIG vaccination.
Plasmarho 300mcg Injection may occasionally result in side effects such as buccal ulcers, chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, facial swelling, joint pain, and tremors. If you experience any of these effects or feel generally unwell, it’s important to inform your doctor. Your doctor may offer guidance on how to prevent or alleviate these effects.
The tetanus shot is a safe and efficient means of preventing tetanus, typically administered with a test dose by your healthcare provider to assess for any rare instances of difficulty in breathing or swallowing.
