Duragen Plus 3in x 3in Adhesion is employed to restore and repair defects arising from cranial and spinal procedures. Featuring a uniform pore structure that promotes cell ingrowth, this adhesive proves beneficial in surgeries involving the brain and spinal cord. In such procedures, where neural tissues become exposed, this adhesive mimics normal soft tissue and adapts to the intricate surfaces of the exposed nerve tissues.

This matrix easily conforms to the surface of the brain, spinal cord, and other tissues. It effectively seals dural defects caused by traumatic injury, excision, retraction, or shrinkage. Serving as a physical barrier between the dura and overlying tissues, it safeguards against fluid leakage. The matrix remains in position and undergoes resorption once the healing process is complete.
