In pediatric patients, it may be prescribed for Minimal Change Nephrotic Syndrome, a kidney disorder that causes significant protein loss in urine. However, Injection is contraindicated during pregnancy, in patients with active infections, urinary tract issues, urinary outflow obstruction, and certain bone marrow disorders.
